You are providing your personal data contained in your CV voluntarily for the purpose of candidacy for a job at Converting Ads s.r.o., for the duration of the recruitment process, but no longer than for three (3) months from when the data are provided. Processing of the datais essential for fulfilment of the contract to which the data subject is a party or for implementation of measures adopted prior to entry into the contract at the request of the data subject, with the contract understood as an employment contractor other agreement based on which an employment relationship can be established.
The administrator shall not transfer personal data to any other administrators, but personal data may be processed by the following recipients as processors: IT service providers, cloud service providers.
The personal data subject may ask the administrator to grant access to the subject’s personal data, is entitled to have the data corrected if inaccurate, is entitled to deletion of the data, is entitled to limit processing of the data, is entitled to raise an objection against processing and is entitled to transferability of personal data. The data subject may exercise these rights by contacting the administrator at the e-mail address above. The personal data subject is also entitled to file a complaint with the regulatory body, which is the Czech Personal Data Protection Office.
The administrator shall neither make automated decisions nor engage in profiling and shall not provide personal data to recipients in any non-EU member states.
